Technician
Responsibilities:
• Follow the requirements of the Quality Management System
• Follow the requirements of the Environmental Health and Safety Program
• Follow all procedures that are in place for the department you are working in
• Ensure production documentation and records are current and accurate
• Identify and debug problems in products, processes, and equipment and work for solutions
• Maintain production machines and equipment (I.E. preventive maintenance)
• Ensure equipment and work area is clean and safe
• Ensure proper data is collected and entered into the appropriate (ERP) system
• Follow all policies as outlined in the employee handbook

• Willingness to work on a wide variety of products

• Ability to mix and dispense epoxies
• Manual dexterity with hands and tools used in assembly operations
• Hand Soldering experience required
• Ability to use a microscope to assemble extremely small components
